Bump the pin to chattolib[realtime]>=0.5.0b4 (Chatto 0.5.0-beta.4) and re-point the Dockerfile/compose CHATTOLIB_REF to the b4 tip commit, whose regenerated protoc stubs carry the cross-file RPC fix that used to force a side-branch pin. Port the two 0.5.0b4 API changes in bot.py: ChattoClient.get_user is gone, so the actor's login now resolves via get_room_member; and Bot.run() no longer takes retained_room_ids, because room projection is membership-based in 0.5.0b4 (joining is all the bot needs). New: thread follow-up awareness. When a user follows up in a thread the bot has answered in, the bot reads that thread and lets the LLM decide whether to reply; a direct @bot tag overrides that and forces a reply. Adds a low-level llm_complete() seam that query_ollama now builds on, and a RED-first test suite in tests/test_bot.py. Also updates the agents/ memory and gotchas that 0.5.0a5's behaviour had made stale. |
